The
development of the most modern and advanced technology
has ensured that the fabric is manufactured of the
best quality and flexibility maintained in manufacturing
the products.
At present the Knitting Unit can manufacture basic
fabrics of 20, 24 or 28 gauge and 26” , 30”
or 34" diameter. The product range includes
Single Jersey, Pique, Interlock, Rib Structures,
Fleece, Single Jersey Jacquards, Feeder Strips,
etc. The installed capacity of the unit is 225 MT
per months.
This includes D.G. Sets to ensure uninterrupted
captive power supply, two air -compressor units
with dryers and a modification plant. A complete
range of testing equipment has also been imported
along with the machines- including yarn tension
meter, yarn rate meter, GSM cutter and balance,
dial indicators, etc.
We are also doing commercial knitting on Contract

on Garments as Required by Our Customers, We have
Machines that are Japenes and Germans.
With
them we Can Create Any Kind of Embroided Signs,
Logos or Objects with many colors and Effects.

plantis fully mechanized and automated. It is well equipped
with state-of-the-art machines. We also have all stitch
old Japanese machines. Our workforce of more than 250
trained workers are dedicated and diligent.
All
this enables us to achieve a production capacity of
over 50,000 pieces per month.
Our ancillary equipment has been bought from reputed
indigenous sources.
