Alpha’s cutting department is equipped with advanced machinery to prepare input materials for the next stage of production — sewing. The primary objective of the department is to cut fabric according to customer specifications while minimising fabric wastage. The department is equipped with CAD systems for pattern making and grading, ensuring precision and efficiency. Automated spreaders and cutters further enhance productivity by reducing fabric waste and optimising fabric utilisation. In addition, manual cutting operations run alongside automated systems to maintain a smooth and uninterrupted supply chain.
